{/photo_and_caption}Have you ever wondered where Jesus would be if He came to earth in a physical body today? In the bible Jesus often went to the most unlikely places. He still does today.
The love of Jesus transformed many lives as we partnered together with a baptist church to declare the good news of Jesus Christ on the streets in Barranquilla, Colombia. We set up a small sound system with some singers and converted the street into a sanctuary. It was a little crazy when cars wanted to pass by and forced people to make way get up off their chairs. It certainly wasn't your typical church service. However, I never stopped preaching. The love of Jesus burns in my heart for souls to be saved and I know the Holy Spirit is not like a nervous dove that comes and goes. Acts 2 says He is like a rushing mighty wind. Hallelujah! I was moved to see people in their front porches or their houses intently listening to the word of God and seeing the miracles that Jesus did. After the service dozens came to the front to accept Jesus as Saviour and Lord. Many healings took place. Several were baptised into the Holy Spirit. After the service the pastor and many of the youth leaders came to us and told us how grateful they are that we came to share Jesus. To Jesus be all the praise! I'm reminded of the scripture "Then the master told his servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes and make them come in, so that my house will be full. Luke 14:23. God's want's his house FULL. That's the love that compels us to take the gospel to the streets. Thanks for your prayers. -Andrew
